On behalf of the team at the Child and Community Services Division - Child Care, we welcome you to our home within the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

This manual is the DCC's interpretation of applicable federal and state laws and administrative codes. This manual provides overall guidance for DCC's program staff based on individual case circumstances.

Links to internal forms found in the DCC Child Care Policy and Procedures manual (CCPM) are disabled for external users.
